We will have the honor of meeting Winnie, Dora and Didi , 3 dogs rescued from the meat trade in SE Asia and who found their forever home in Montreal.

Dina Tsouluhas, the owner of Modo Yoga Montreal, is an avid student and teacher who lists ‘learning’ as one of her favorite things to do. Dina completed her studies in Osteopathy and is an adored teacher of Basic Anatomy at the Modo Yoga Teacher Training and is the keystone to the Modo studio on St.Laurent.
She has worked closely with Nicki Doane, Eddie Modestini, Hart Lazer, Baron Baptiste and Ryan Leier – all of who have inspired and guided her commitment to teaching yoga in a passionate and loving way.

Sadaf Hosseini, a former engineer at Bombardier, is the owner/director of IAM YOGA. Sadaf has a passion for all things active and is happiest when her body is moving. With love for yoga, pilates, and cycling.
The word ‘IAM’ comes from the Greek word IAM meaning ‘to be present, which is deeply rooted in the style and practice of our teachings, encouraging students away from the ‘autopilot’ style of movement and thought.
Our instructors guide students and assist with adjustments to make each posture, breath, and action as effective as possible for the mind and the body.
